Recorded in the snow of January 2010, ’One For The Living’ sees Tortilla Army pushing the boundaries of their sound. An altogether heavier and harder hitting album than it’s predecessor ‘Finally’, the band wanted to get back to the rawer sound of ‘Broken’, whilst still retaining the melodies and hooks the fans have come to expect.

The band recorded all the tracks ‘live’ in the studio (adding solos and vocals later), usually with only one or two takes per track, which ensured there was an undeniable energy to every performance. Due in part to the excellent production job by Dan Lucas (Anchorbaby Recordings) and powerful mastering by Oz Graggs (Hidden Track).
